Origin: Perú. Transport: FOB Conditions of Delivery: DLC Price: USD per TM. Quantity: 30 TM per month Total Quantity: MT per year. Period Contract: 60 month. Payment: Payment is made by entering opening the irrevocable, covered, divided letter of credit in bank of the seller.

INSPECTION: Quantity and weight by SGS or equal certified agency, at Seller s cost,

At port of loading, and unloading port in buyer s account. Buyer is invited to be present at inspection.

PPROCEDURES (NonNegotiable):

1. Buyer issues ICPO with full banking information with Soft Probe including the procedures from the Offer in the ICPO, plus NCNDA.

2. Seller issues FCO.

3. Buyer signs & returns FCO.

4. Seller provides draft contract.

5. Buyer agrees to draft contract.

6. Final contract is issued, and then the buyer signs and returns a copy to seller.

7. Seller signs the contract and issues a fully executed copy of the contract to buyer.

8. Shipment starts. NOTE: This document is composed in two copies, that is juridical basis for Seller to transfer and adoption all appellations and figures to Draft of Contract also it is integral part of future Contract.
